days fourteen to twenty



Saturday and sunday we just walked around Dieppe and went to the market that is every saturday.

Monday- 

This time I was doind desserts almost the hole day but before I left I had some time to make sauces and cut up some vegetables for tomorrow’s dishes.

Tuesday-

Right after I got to work I went to the port to get scallops whit chef, for tomorrows new dish. When we got back we started to preparing everything we need for the new dish whit the scallops. we made sauce and lace whit octopus ink. 🐙 




Wednesday-

Today was the day we made the new dish whit scallops and all the other things. It turned out so nice and was really good. After doing that I started helping whit todays the main dish.

Thursday-

I started my day by making starter toast sandwiches and when I got that done it was time for the restaurant to open so I started helping whit making the dishes. 

Friday-

The day started whit preparing different fishes, meats and vegetables for the weekend. When I was done whit that I started helping whit the deserts today.
